The villa is available year-round. There is a two-week minimum during high season and a one-week minimum otherwise. The months of July and August are often rented early in the year and for the full month. Discounts are often offered for spur-of-the-moment bookings and for long stays during the off-season.  Check-in and Check-out days are on Saturdays. Check out our Villa Rental Rates here.
