Rental Period
Rentals begin and end on Saturdays unless an exception has been made in off-season.
Check In/Out
Check In: 4-8pm. If you arrive after 8 pm, please contact the Concierge to ensure that he is able to meet you upon your arrival.
Check Out: 11 am.
Smoking
No Smoking Indoors.
Pets
No pets. We love animals but cannot accommodate them at the villa.
Occupancy
Maximum number of guests is 8.
Use of Premises
Special Events are Possible with Written Pre-Approval. No parties or commercial activity during normal rental period without prior written permission.
