* There is a generous weekly maximum allotment for electricity. Client pays excess.
Please complete and submit the booking form. Upon receipt, we will send you a contract which we ask you to return at your earliest convenience. To secure your reservation, we require a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking price within one week of booking. The balance is due 60 days before the rental period begins.
Cancellation
By Client
All cancellations must be received in writing, including email. The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written cancellation.

By Owner
In the event of significant change in rental or cancellation by Owner, all monies you have paid owner will be refunded if the Owner cannot offer you an acceptable alternative.
Security Deposit
We require a security deposit of €10,000, depending on circumstances, payable two weeks before rental commences, if the security deposit is not received prior to the commencement of the rental, the rental will be considered canceled. A copy will be kept by villa management and one copy will be distributed to the guest.
